Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on lb9. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered under different names, email addresses, or payment methods but belonging to the same individual — are strictly prohibited. lb9 may close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances upon discovery.

Prior to processing any withdrawal, lb9 requires completion of our KYC verification process. This typically involves submission of a clear photograph of your Malaysian identity document (MyKad — front and back), proof of address, and where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. lb9 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You must notify lb9's support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. lb9 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the Player failed to maintain adequate credential security.
lb9 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods available to Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin / BTC, Ethereum / ETH, Tether / USDT).
All deposits must be made from payment accounts or wallets registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the platform's cashier section at the time of deposit. lb9 does not charge deposit fees; however, third-party payment providers may impose their own transaction charges.

All transactions on lb9 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing. lb9 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.
All bonuses and promotional offers on lb9 are subject to specific eligibility criteria and individual promotion terms. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the terms of each promotion prior to participation. General bonus eligibility conditions include: a verified account, compliance with minimum deposit requirements, and acceptance during the stated promotional period.
Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in each promotion's individual terms. Wagering requirements typically range from 10x to 35x the bonus amount. Until wagering requirements are met in full, Bonus Funds and any winnings generated therefrom are not available for withdrawal. lb9 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; making deposits solely to claim bonuses without genuine gaming intent; coordinated wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus mechanics; and misrepresentation of personal information to gain promotional eligibility.
Consequences: Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have all associated Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom forfeited in full. lb9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close such accounts without prior notice.
All Bonus Funds carry an expiry date as stated in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus Funds not utilised or wagering requirements not completed by the stated expiry date will be automatically removed from the Player's account without compensation.
All bets and wagers placed on lb9 are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all bet selections — including event, market, selection, and stake — prior to confirmation. lb9 will not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in circumstances outlined in Rule 7.3.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting and gaming products and are displayed within the relevant product interface. lb9 reserves the right to modify stake limits at any time and to impose individual Player limits at its sole discretion.
In the event that a sporting event is cancelled, postponed beyond the stated cut-off, or otherwise does not meet settlement criteria, affected bets may be declared void and the original stake returned to the Player's account. lb9's decisions regarding the voiding of bets are final.
lb9 reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds or under manifestly incorrect market conditions, whether caused by human error, technical fault, or data feed failure. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the Player.
In the event of a technical malfunction, game disconnection, or software fault during a gaming session or bet placement, lb9 will endeavour to resolve the situation fairly based on available game state records. In all cases of malfunction, lb9's determination shall be final. Winnings arising from evident technical errors or game malfunctions are not valid.

lb9 employs fraud detection systems that monitor Platform activity on a continuous basis. Accounts found to be in breach of these prohibitions are subject to immediate suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to applicable law enforcement or regulatory bodies.
lb9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time and without prior notice where lb9 reasonably believes that the Player has breached these Terms, has engaged in fraudulent or prohibited conduct, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
Players may request the closure of their lb9 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard procedures prior to account closure, provided all KYC and compliance requirements are met. Bonus Funds that have not met their applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. lb9 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administrative fee to dormant accounts as disclosed in the Platform's fee schedule. Players will be notified by email prior to the commencement of any dormancy charges.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, lb9 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of opportunity, gambling losses, or losses arising from Platform downtime or technical malfunction.
lb9's aggregate liability for any direct loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform shall in no event exceed the value of the funds held in your account at the time the relevant event giving rise to the claim occurred.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude lb9's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
lb9's collection, use, storage, and processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in lb9's Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable governing territory.

Disputes relating to game outcomes must be raised within seven (7) days of the relevant event. lb9's determination on technical matters shall be final and binding. Players agree not to initiate legal proceedings before the internal dispute resolution process has been exhausted.
lb9 reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be communicated to Players via email to the registered account address or via a notification on the Platform's login page. Amended Terms will take effect no sooner than seven (7) days after the date of notification, except where changes are required for legal compliance, in which case they may take effect immediately.
It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and request account closure before the amendment's effective date.
